Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)

  Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)

  With the same immunological basis of primary glomerulopathy, SLE can be seen as the first symptom of lupus nephritis, as well as the main and only symptom for lupus nephritis. Therefore, lupus nephritis is very easy to be diagnosed as primary glomerulopathy clinicially. We should notice the following points in diagnosis:

  1.primary glomerulopathy: no fever, except for the concurrent infection;

  2.nephritis as well as some extrarenal manifestations, for example:arthralgia, rashand etc;(especially for the young lady)

  3.avoiding misdiagnosis, we should check somethins on immunology, such as ANA, antids-DNA antibody, antis-sm antibodyand etc if convenient before the confirm of primary glomerulopathy;

  4.patients should take immune pathological detection(such as the renal biopsy and lupus band test), if necessary.
